NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND!

NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND!

With the celebration of 2021 National Children’s Month with the theme “New Normal na Walang Iwanan: Karapatan ng Bawat Bata Tutukan!” a lot of students voiced out their thoughts about the new normal learning; on how it helped them, how hard it is, and the things that they have learned about. This even goes up with what some students were preaching before because of “no student left behind” that they’ve been wanting before which opens up about “Academic Freeze”. But come to think of it, how have we even been doing with this new normal? Are we doing great or did just the pandemic just affect all so badly and the hardships that this type of learning has just break us even more? How are the other children doing?

To start it up, it is indeed hard to learn with the new normal. Our schedules can be hectic by just needing to do different things the whole day because we are not just studying, but we also need to be active on the household for our family. On the brighter side, the learning is still continuous, and maybe some are even attaining that quality education that they deserved now. And with children’s month, the ones who aren’t capable to continue their learning were helped by other kids. The simple giving of books and random visits to see if they are fine is something already helpful. Adding up, this makes it feel good that even if we are all not in the same state with what we have right now, there is still that hope that we all learn once again, and eventhere’s that help that they giving that might brought a smile to the others.

And it is good that the government provides protection for children. The celebration is not just focused with the new normal learning, but as the new normal as well. It’s sad that they don’t enjoy themselves that much now and they have also been affected with what’s happening to the country now. Let’s all hope for the pandemic to be over. Let’s all do great things for the betterment of the children. If there is “No student left behind”, we should as well think the other children; the ones who are still not learning and the littlest ones. Protect, love, and help every child. NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND!

  1. Hello, Gieminn!! I really like the content of this blog, it is an eye-opening message to everyone. The blog itself is very engaging to read and very informative. It is important to prioritize the rights of every child especially this time of crisis. They have it worst because the pandemic has ruined their memorable childhood. Like what you have said, no child left behind!
